Research topics
The team has mainly developed three topics in the last years :
  • Analysis of tumor samples from patients with metastatic colorectal cancers, treated with an Irinotecan/5-FU chemotherapy, using DNA arrays to determine genes important in tumor response to therapy.
  • Establishment of adenocarcinoma cell lines with in vitro acquired resistance to drugs (SN38, oxaliplatine, 5-FU).
  • A new and original approach, using intracellular antibodies, to screen for molecules able to modulated with a high specificity signaling pathways.
